I’ve got a really important message I want to speak to you about today, your life energy. If you don’t take care of your energy it will play in every single area of your life and in a very negative manner. I see this play out way too often for way too many women. So with no or very low energy for life, this is going to have a profound impact on your mindset which in turn will play directly into yourself or hurt your self-esteem, your self-confidence and then this self-sustaining cycle continues to creep and spiral downwards keeping you stuck. When you really learn how to restore and maintain your optimum life energy level. Let me tell you this is going to have an unbelievably positive impact on everything in your life and every single area of your life.
Everything in life starts with energy. All success and anything worthwhile requires energy, it requires life energy. I wanted to check in with you today. Are you tracking your energy levels daily? If you’re feeling burnt out exhausted or just generally fatigued. This is probably one of the most important things you could be doing for yourself right now.
[00:01:49] Every day just set yourself a little goal even for the next seven days check-in and rate your Life Energy on a scale of 1 to 10 and make a note of where you are. Try it today, you want to be aiming for a 7 to 8. Don’t let it dip below 5. If it does you need to reenergize or refuel yourself. Do you know what I would love you to do? Even in this moment is to just pause for a moment check in. Where is your energy level at right now? Just remember that when you have little or no energy, everything in your life is going to suffer; business/career, work, relationships, health included, and coffee, or energy drinks are no substitute for true life energy. In the end, it actually causes more harm than good. I can’t stress the importance of this; they actually put quite a bit of pressure on your kidneys and adrenals, which are really the storehouses of your life energy. What I would recommend if you are not doing this already is start incorporating a morning ritual, a morning routine that’s really going to get you starting your day on a positive note and energizing you for the day so you can have that consistent flow of energy.
