Week 3: Mastering the Mind
In the science of Kundalini Yoga, you are not your mind—the mind is your servant, there to support you on your journey. Unfortunately, most of us don’t have a clue how to manage our ‘monkey minds’ and instead find ourselves slaves to its chatter, appetites and negative thought patterns. This week is all about deeply understanding the yogic mind so that you can make peace with your ego and recruit your mind as an ally for your higher purpose (meaning: you can ditch the self sabotage for good). You’ll learn:
- The 3 Kundalini minds—negative mind, positive mind and neutral mind, and how to train them to work for you
- Separating from your thoughts—you’ll learn how to stop the mental chatter and create the space for peace
- How to command your mind to represent your soul in all of its actions
- How to get out of your head and drop into your heart space (a brilliant way to relieve stress, worry, anxiety and guilt).
