Integrative Psychotherapist, Coach & Women’s Burnout + Resilience Specialist
I support women, couples, and leaders to restore their energy, deepen intimacy, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect to themselves in a grounded, sustainable way.
My work blends relational psychotherapy, somatic and nervous system education, coaching psychology, and over 15 years of lived and professional experience in burnout recovery, relational healing, and life transitions.
At the heart of my work is the belief that connection — to self, to others, to truth — is the foundation for healing, vitality, and meaningful change.

My approach is spacious, steady, and collaborative. I meet you where you are, honour your pace, and hold space for what is ready to emerge — without force, pressure, or expectation.
I bring a blend of warmth, depth, and clarity to the therapeutic relationship.
My work is both gentle and direct, supporting you to reconnect with your inner steadiness, strengthen emotional resilience, and navigate life with greater self-awareness and authenticity.

MY STORY

My work is shaped not only by extensive formal training, but by lived experience with burnout, long-term stress, relational rupture, and the courageous process of rebuilding a life from the inside out.
I began my career in high-pressure corporate environments, including JP Morgan, where I worked in fast-paced, high-responsibility roles. It was during these years that I first experienced the impact of sustained over-functioning and chronic stress. This ultimately became a turning point, leading me to change careers more than 15 years ago and devote myself to the field of health, wellbeing, and personal transformation.
Entrepreneurship, coaching, and building a wellbeing business became the next chapter — and with it came deeper study in somatic work, nervous system repair, women’s embodiment, and contemplative practices. These modalities not only informed my work, but helped me cultivate a steadier, more grounded relationship with myself.
Almost eight years ago, after many years of personal and professional growth, my relationship of 16 years came to an end. Moving through this season taught me profoundly about intimacy, attachment patterns, rupture and repair, and the inner strength required to rebuild your centre and identity after significant life transitions.
These experiences — corporate pressure, burnout recovery, entrepreneurship, long-term relationship work, and deep personal reinvention — all shape the way I hold space today: with warmth, attunement, depth, and a grounded understanding of what it means to rise again after seasons of depletion, transition, or loss.
WHY THIS WORK MATTERS
I know what it feels like to lose connection with yourself — to be pulled by expectations, responsibilities, and stress until your inner world goes quiet.
Every woman deserves to feel steady, clear, and connected again.
This work is not about becoming someone new; it is about remembering who you are beneath exhaustion, stress cycles, and survival strategies — and reconnecting to a deeper truth, strength, and sense of self.

HOW I WORK
I offer both therapy and coaching, because growth and change take many forms and each person’s path is unique.
Therapy provides a supportive space to reflect, process challenges, and regulate emotions. It helps you manage stress, work through relational struggles, and build resilience.
Coaching is forward-focused, helping you create tangible change, strengthen self-leadership, and move toward your goals with confidence.
