WELCOME, I’M CORONA.
I work with capable, sensitive women who are exhausted from carrying too much: emotionally, relationally, and internally.
Many of the women who find their way here are high-functioning. They hold families, teams, relationships, and entire ecosystems together. From the outside, they appear strong and steady. Inside, they feel depleted, anxious, and unable to fully rest.
After more than 15 years supporting women through burnout, life transitions, and relational change, I’ve seen this pattern again and again. Over-giving is often over compensation, the learned belief that if I give or do more then I am loved.
That cycle is not a flaw. It’s a nervous system strategy.
My work supports women to step out of that pattern and return to steadiness, clarity, and self-trust. Not by fixing themselves, but by no longer carrying what was never theirs to hold.
I support women to step out of over-responsibility and back into calm, clarity and self-trust.
MY APPROACH
My approach is grounded, integrative, and shaped by more than fifteen years of working closely with women in 1:1 spaces, group programs, and retreats.
My professional foundation includes training as a Coach, Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher. I’m also the creator of Energy For Life Academy, a group program through which I supported thousands of women navigating burnout and major life transitions.
Alongside formal training, this work is deeply informed by lived integration.
I know the pattern of over-functioning and over-responsibility intimately because I lived it. That integration now forms the foundation of how I guide resourced, high-functioning women out of these cycles.
I’ve lived through deep cycles of change and reinvention, and those experiences reshaped how I hold space for women navigating their own turning points.
This work is lived, embodied, and grounded in real life.
My role is not to rescue or manage, but to create the conditions where calm, clarity, and self-trust can return naturally and sustainably.
HOW I WORK

I work as a coach through defined transformation-based containers, not ongoing session-based support. This is coaching work, not therapy. It’s transformation-focused rather than treatment-focused, though deeply informed by my psychotherapy training.
Right now, I offer one focused container: a five-session commitment. This includes one-to-one sessions, personalised practices, support between sessions, and tailored resources. It’s designed around your specific pattern and what you’re ready to shift.
This work is structured around transformation, not time.
It integrates:
- deep understanding of relational patterns and nervous system dynamics
- somatic and embodied awareness
- reflective practices and integration
- clear, grounded guidance and accountability
The focus is not on endlessly revisiting the past, but on supporting a lived change in how you relate to yourself, your energy, and your life.
This is adult-to-adult work: spacious, steady, and deeply respectful of your nervous system.

You won’t be asked to perform or push beyond your capacity. Instead, we work with what is present, bringing awareness to the patterns shaping your energy, relationships, and inner dialogue.
