Every single year we have a choice. We can choose to evolve or repeat?

 

To repeat getting caught in the same old destructive habits and patterns and to repeat the same old wounds. It’s so easy to get caught in the same old rut even if you know it’s not good for you. It’s all you know and it feels safer on some level.

 

As I share this woman’s story with you today, I encourage you to ask yourself the hard question – what are you choosing right now in your life – evolving or repeating?
