THERAPY

Online Therapy for Stress, Anxiety, Relationships & Life Transitions

A warm, grounded and somatic approach to healing, clarity and deeper connection.

There are seasons in life when everything feels heavier than usual — the mind races, the body tightens, relationships feel strained, or the world simply becomes overwhelming.

Therapy offers a softer, steadier place to land. A space to slow down, make sense of what’s unfolding, and reconnect with the parts of you that feel grounded, clear and whole.

My style is warm, relational and deeply grounded in the body. I draw on somatic therapy, trauma-informed practice, attachment-based work and nervous-system regulation to support both individuals and couples as they move through stress, relational challenges and the many transitions life brings.

HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU

Whether you’re navigating a specific issue or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you reconnect, regulate and restore.

  • Stress & anxiety
When everything feels “too much,” your thoughts feel busy, and your body can’t unwind.
  • Burnout & depletion
When you’ve been carrying too much for too long and feel stretched beyond capacity.
  • Relationship & intimacy challenges
Repeating patterns, emotional distance, communication blocks or difficulty feeling safe in connection.
  • Life transitions
Separation, divorce, loss, relocation, identity shifts, career change or starting over.
  • Trauma & emotional wounds
Gentle, somatic support for nervous-system regulation, attachment wounds and long-held patterns.
  • Self-worth & identity
Strengthening boundaries, building confidence and reconnecting with a deeper sense of self.

MY THERAPEUTIC STYLE

Clients often describe my space as calm, grounding and deeply supportive. I work with:

  • Somatic Therapy — integrating the wisdom of the body

  • Trauma-informed practice — safety, attunement and pacing

  • Attachment-based therapy — exploring relational patterns

  • Nervous-system regulation — resourcing, grounding and stabilisation

  • Mind–body integration — connecting thoughts, emotions and physiology

My style is collaborative and relational. You’re not doing this alone — we navigate together, at a pace that honours your system.

what to expect in sessions

Therapy with me is not rushed, prescriptive or clinical. It is slow, spacious and responsive to you.

In our sessions, you can expect:

  • Secure online Telehealth sessions you can join from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • No pressure to prepare or “show up” a certain way — I meet you exactly where you are emotionally, mentally and physically.

  • A pace that honours your system, with time to breathe, settle and explore what feels present for you.

  • A blend of approaches, depending on your needs that day — talking through what’s happening, exploring patterns, grounding in the body, or gently supporting your nervous system.

  • A collaborative process, where together we map what’s unfolding and work toward clarity, regulation and deeper understanding.

  • Practical tools and embodied support to help you build resilience, emotional wellbeing and steadiness in daily life.

Over time, many clients experience greater self-trust, softness, stability and capacity in their relationships and inner world.

about me as a therapist

I am an ACA-registered therapist with a background in integrative psychotherapy, somatic therapy, trauma-informed practice and nervous-system regulation. I bring 15 years of experience supporting individuals and groups through deep personal, relational and emotional transformation, informed by extensive coaching, somatic work and my therapeutic training and practice.

I work from a somatic, relational and attachment-based lens, grounded in the understanding that healing happens not just through insight, but through the body, the nervous system and the relationship we build together. Clients often share that they feel safe, seen and deeply met in this space — and that our work reaches places they haven’t been able to access in traditional talk therapy.

My approach is warm, steady and attuned. I bring lived experience, ongoing training and a grounded therapeutic presence to help you navigate complex seasons of life with clarity, regulation and a stronger sense of self. My intention is to create a space where you feel supported, understood and able to explore your inner world at a pace that honours your system.

What happens in the first session?

In our first session, we explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re currently navigating, and what you’d like support with. We move slowly and gently, at your pace, and begin mapping what your system needs to feel safe, grounded, and supported.

How long are sessions and how do we meet?

All sessions are 50 minutes and held online via secure Telehealth. This allows you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space, wherever you are in Australia.

How often should I come to therapy?

Most clients meet weekly or fortnightly, as consistency supports deeper integration and meaningful change. I generally recommend beginning with 12 sessions to create a steady rhythm and foundation for our work together.

Do we set goals together?

Yes. We co-create therapy goals so our work remains clear, intentional, and aligned with what matters most to you. These goals are flexible and can evolve as you do.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Your sessions are confidential within ACA guidelines, except in circumstances where there may be concerns about someone’s immediate safety.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require a 48-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations incur the full fee, as this time is dedicated to your therapeutic journey and cannot be offered to someone else.

What can therapy help with?

Therapy can support you with burnout, emotional overwhelm, relational or intimacy challenges, stress and nervous-system dysregulation, life transitions, patterns that keep repeating, identity work, and navigating difficult emotions or experiences. Many clients come to explore what feels heavy, confusing, or out of balance, and to reconnect with a steadier, more grounded sense of self.

How do I get started?

You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute chat with me here. It allows us to meet, settle in, and get a feel for whether our work together would be nourishing and the right next step for you.
