GODDESS URBAN DAY RETREAT

Join me in-person on Sunday 28th May 2023 for my Urban Day Goddess Retreat in Sydney at my home in the Northern Beaches (address will be sent after the booking is made). A nourishing day together reclaiming our beauty, pleasure, joy and power.

This is a brand-new event that was inspired by the transformational journey I’ve been on over the past five years.

HOW DID THIS EVENT COME ABOUT?

The past five years have taken me on a journey like no other. I was brought to my knees and had everything that made me feel safe taken away. I had to be honest with myself about all the ways I had been deceiving and depriving myself of my true desires. It truly has been a deep shamanic journey into the abyss.

I realised that up until this point in my life, I had been living from a very yang perspective and that this was causing me to feel frustrated, worn out and disconnected from my innate divine feminine essence.

Beauty, sensuality, pleasure, joy, and play felt like absolute starvation to my soul. I made the decision to respect my own needs, take a break from my business (for the first time in 11 years), and pay attention to my heart.

I can see that this needed to happen, it was the next part of my soul journey in supporting women. The gifts I have been gifted with from this deep inward journey are beauty, pleasure, joy, intuition and play. These are gifts integrated in my being that I live and breathe daily. I have realised that healing is a sacred journey back to the self.

Through this goddess urban retreat, I want to transmit and impart these treasures to you.

OUR FULL DAY TOGETHER WILL INCLUDE…

An opening ceremony to enter our medicine circle by calling on the four directions.
We will each call the highest ancient part of ourselves forward and present while connecting with our ancestors.
We will be sitting in sacred circle for the entire day together. Everything we do today will be in circle.
A calming, centring and grounding meditation so you can arrive fully in your body.
Circle sharing with a talking-bowl process (no pressure to share) but this is an opportunity to feel fully seen and heard.
Kundalini feminine practices – including feminine breath-work and feminine kriya’s. The sacred kriya’s I have chosen will support your radiance, power, beauty, creativity and joy.
We will be working with the Goddess of love, beauty, fertility, sensuality and pleasure, Aphrodite.

It’s very hard to put into words but it was like all the rubbish built up and stuck in my body from 44 years of living had been cleaned up.
