I know these experiences intimately — from high-pressure corporate roles, to entrepreneurship, to a long-term relationship of 16 years that taught me deeply about intimacy, rupture, repair, and the courage it takes to rebuild.
These lived experiences, combined with my professional training, shape the integrative, relational approach I bring to women today: helping you reclaim energy, restore connection, and live with greater vitality.
HOW I WORK
I’m Corona Brady — an Integrative Psychotherapist, Coach, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher with 15 years of experience guiding people through burnout, relational stress, intimacy struggles, life transitions, and personal reinvention.
At the heart of my work is the relational.
When our relationship with self becomes strained, everything else follows — intimacy, energy, clarity, connection, purpose.
