I know this path because I’ve lived it — in high-pressure corporate environments, in entrepreneurship, and in workplaces driven by hustle. Each time, I found my way back through nervous system work, embodiment practices, and professional training.
Today, I help women and professionals do the same: move from exhaustion to energy, from survival to clarity, from burnout to sustainable vitality.
HOW I WORK
I’m Corona Brady — an Integrative Psychotherapist, Coach, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher with 15 years of experience guiding women and professionals through burnout, stress, and major transitions.
Burnout isn’t just mental fatigue — it lives in the body and the nervous system. That’s why my approach is holistic and evidence-based. I bring together psychotherapy, coaching, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices to create lasting, sustainable change.
