WELCOME, I’M CORONA.
I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist, Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, deeply committed to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, emotions and inner wisdom. As a projector energy type, I bring a unique ability to see deeply into others, guiding them towards clarity, alignment and transformation. My work blends psychotherapy, somatic healing and coaching to create a space where deep transformation can unfold in a way that honours your natural rhythm.
With close to 15 years of experience in guiding individuals through life’s challenges, I offer a holistic, trauma-sensitive approach that integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with embodiment practices. Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, seeking greater self-awareness, or longing to feel more at home in your body, my role is to walk alongside you on that journey, offering insight and gentle guidance.
As a psychotherapist, I help individuals organise their minds, making sense of thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may feel overwhelming or confusing. Through a structured and supportive process, I guide clients toward clarity, resilience, and deeper self-awareness.

As a psychotherapist, I provide a safe, compassionate space for deep exploration. My practice draws from Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Eco-Therapy to help you process trauma, navigate emotional challenges, and build a more secure sense of self.
My background as a Kundalini Yoga teacher allows me to bring breathwork, movement, and meditative practices into my work, helping clients regulate their nervous systems and access deeper states of presence and self-trust.
As a coach, I help clients create meaningful shifts in their lives, working with those who are ready to step into their full potential. Coaching sessions focus on embodiment, feminine energy, self-leadership, and nervous system regulation—all rooted in the wisdom of the body.
As a Projector, I understand the importance of waiting for the right invitations and creating spacious, intentional interactions. I work best with clients who are ready to dive deep, open to new perspectives, and willing to integrate insights into their lives.
WHY THIS WORK MATTERS TO ME
My path to psychotherapy and coaching was deeply personal. I began my career in corporate banking, where burnout and disconnection led me on a profound healing journey. That journey led me to yoga, coaching, and eventually psychotherapy, where I found my true calling—helping others find safety, resilience, and wholeness within themselves.
Having experienced divorce, deep loss, and personal transformation, I intimately understand the courage it takes to heal and rebuild. This lived experience, combined with my professional training, allows me to offer a deeply embodied, heart-centred approach that honours both the psychological and somatic aspects of healing.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
I offer one-on-one psychotherapy sessions and one-on-one coaching, but these are always conducted as separate services. Psychotherapy is a process of deep emotional and psychological exploration, supporting individuals in processing past experiences, trauma, and mental health challenges. Coaching, on the other hand, is a forward-focused approach aimed at creating tangible life changes, setting goals, and developing self-leadership.
While both modalities complement each other, they remain distinct. If you are unsure which is best suited for you, we can discuss this in an initial conversation.
