WELCOME, I’M CORONA.

I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist, Coach, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience supporting people through burnout, relational stress, and intimacy challenges.

Burnout has been a recurring theme in my own life, and ultimately one of my greatest teachers. I first experienced it in high-pressure finance roles at JP Morgan, then again as an entrepreneur and later in misaligned workplaces. Each time, I found my way back through nervous system work, embodiment practices, and deep realignment.

Relational stress has also profoundly shaped my path. I spent 16 years in a long-term relationship, and later navigated a seven-year journey of reclaiming intimacy, sexuality, and dating after divorce. These experiences taught me deeply about disconnection, repair, and the courage it takes to rebuild.


I OFFER BOTH THERAPY AND COACHING, BECAUSE GROWTH AND CHANGE TAKE MANY FORMS – AND EACH PERSON’S PATH IS UNIQUE.


These lived experiences inspired me to ground my work in evidence-based practice. Today, I am a qualified and fully registered Counsellor and Integrative Psychotherapist, with a professional background that also includes over a decade of experience as a coach and facilitator.

This unique blend of clinical expertise and lived wisdom allows me to bring empathy, clarity, and practical tools to my clients — helping them restore energy, strengthen relationships, and create sustainable change.

I continue to invest in my professional growth, particularly in the field of intimacy and relationships. I have trained with world-renowned teachers including Esther Perel (renowned psychotherapist and author), Drs. John and Julie Gottman (leaders in couples therapy and research), Kim Anami (holistic sexuality and intimacy teacher), and Jacqueline Hellyer (sex and relationship therapist).

Their teachings have expanded and refined my understanding of relational dynamics, sexuality, and connection — adding depth and richness to the therapeutic and coaching work I offer today.


WHY THIS WORK MATTERS TO ME


I know what it feels like to lose connection with yourself — to be caught in burnout, to carry the weight of relational stress, and to wonder if things can ever change. I also know the relief and transformation that becomes possible when you find the right support, practices, and pathways back to yourself.

This is why my work matters to me: because I believe healing is possible. I’ve seen it in my own life, and I’ve witnessed it in the lives of the people I’ve supported. Helping others restore energy, repair relationships, and reclaim vitality is not just my profession — it’s my calling.

I offer both therapy and coaching, because growth and change take many forms and each person’s path is unique.

  • Therapy provides a supportive space to reflect, process challenges, and regulate emotions. It helps you manage stress, work through relational struggles, and build resilience.

  • Coaching is forward-focused, helping you create tangible change, strengthen self-leadership, and move toward your goals with confidence.
