RECLAIMING HER POWER

There are moments in life when a woman forgets her power. Sometimes it’s taken from her through heartbreak, loss, or demands of life. Other times, she slowly gives it away – until one day she realises she no longer recognises herself.
This gathering is a sacred space to remember. To return. To reclaim.
I know this journey intimately. In the years since my marriage ended, I’ve walked through the ashes of loss, deepened into study, and devoted myself to the slow work of healing. What I’ve discovered is that power isn’t something out there to grasp for – it’s something we root back into, gently and steadily, until we remember it was always ours.

What to expect

Over 3 hours together, we will weave:

  • Kundalini Yoga & Meditation – Gentle breathwork, movement, and mantra to calm your nervous system, release stagnant energy, and awaken inner strength. (No prior experience needed – everything is guided and accessible.)

  • Women’s circle – A safe, confidential space to share, be witnessed, and be held. There is never any pressure to speak – simply the opportunity to rest in collective support.

  • Reflection & ritual – Guided journaling and a simple ritual to release what dims your light and reconnect with what restores your power. A space for clarity, insight, and renewal.

  • Integration practices – Practical tools to anchor into your everyday life – support for grounding, reconnecting with your body, and remembering your worth and voice.

  • Closing – A gentle ending that gathers what has been opened, seals the space with intention, and leaves you feeling centred, clear, and resourced.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

This gathering is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with what has always been yours. Over three hours together you will:

  • Reconnect with your inner strength and feminine wisdom.
  • Create space for peace, clarity, and inner stillness.
  • Release old patterns, stories, and imprints that no longer serve you.

  • Awaken intuition, creativity, and a deeper sense of self-trust
  • Be held in sacred circle with like-hearted women, sharing and witnessing one another’s journeys.
  • Remember your worth, your voice, and your energy – and leave with simple practices to anchor into daily life

This isn’t about striving to become someone new.
It’s about remembering who you already are.

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

You’ll leave this circle feeling clearer, more grounded, and more anchored in yourself.

Many women describe leaving circle with a renewed sense of connection – standing a little taller, breathing a little deeper, and feeling more awake to the truth of who they are.

In the days and weeks afterwards, you may notice subtle shifts: more clarity in your choices, more gentleness with yourself, and a deeper trust in your own energy and voice.

This is for you if…

  • You’ve walked through change, endings, or self-doubt – and you’re ready to come home to yourself.

  • You long to feel strong again – not by pushing or forcing, but through embodied, feminine power.

  • You’re yearning for connection with like-hearted women in a safe, sacred circle.

  • You feel ready to reclaim your voice, your worth, and your energy.

The retreat was a beautiful experience and I felt very nurtured. The property was incredible, the food was excellent and the program allowed me to fully drop into my own space and gain insights that have helped me move forward with my goals and intentions. After the retreat I feel more courageous and it has inspired me to take action on my goals. The effects were immediate.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Corona Brady

I’m Corona Brady—an Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Coach, Women’s Circle Facilitator, and Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher. For close to 15 years I’ve been walking alongside women as they navigate life’s thresholds—through endings, transitions, and new beginnings.

But my experience isn’t just professional – it’s deeply personal too. I’ve lived through profound change myself, walking through the fires of loss, grief, and renewal. What I’ve discovered is that true transformation is rarely about pushing harder – it’s about softening, remembering, and reclaiming what was always within.

This is the lens I bring to every space I hold. My work is rooted in compassion, trauma-informed practice, and the deep belief that every woman can reconnect with her voice, her worth, and her power.

When we gather, we create a sacred pause from the noise of life – a space to breathe, release, and remember who we truly are.

A SACRED EVENT

This circle is an invitation to pause, to breathe and to come home to yourself.

Together we’ll create a tender and powerful space where you can rest, release, and remember your own strength.

You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more anchored in who you truly are. Perhaps you’ll rediscover a quiet strength, a gentle softness, or simply a deeper sense of belonging to yourself.

If your heart feels the call, I would be honoured to welcome you.

It’s very hard to put into words but it was like all the rubbish built up and stuck in my body from 44 years of living had been cleaned up. I felt like l had space to breath and a heart that was free to be refilled. It was an overwhelming sense of peace. I urge anyone even considering attending one of Coronas’ retreats, just do it, it will change your life. On returning home my husband and children even noticed a positive change-which was also amazing!

A FINAL NOTE FROM ME…

This gathering marks my return to facilitation after many years away. It feels both tender and powerful. For me, this too is an act of reclaiming—a return to the work I love, to holding space, and to witnessing women in their power.

If you feel the call, I would be honoured to welcome you.

With love,
Corona x
