Today I’m mixing it up a little and sharing a guided a meditation with you for challenging times.
On days where my mind is scattered, and my brain is a little fried, I KNOW that meditation is the best thing for me. Yet it can be so hard to get my butt on the ground and block out the world. On those days, a 5 – 10 minute guided meditation track is PERFECT! When someone else walks you through the process, it’s so much easier to set aside your stresses and surrender to the moment.
Doing this simple, tiny act of self-care will make a huge difference in your life.
How do I know? When I do them, it makes me feel SO much better about myself and about life in general. In fact, committing to these practices even when life is crazy-busy is one of the ways that I ensure I stay healthy, grounded, and in touch with my soul.
