I’m feeling calm, in control and more organised. I’m getting things done without feeling stressed.The morning ritual when done in its entirety is just the most amazingly influential thing that makes me feel so happy and content when I do it.

I have looked back at some things that have given me pain or unhappiness and done some detoxing on this and it has helped me to recognise that I actually had no part in these. They were someone else’s journey but I had allowed that to affect the way I thought about myself.
