Before Energy For Life Academy I was juggling so many balls with work and family and community and I felt I wasn’t doing anything efficiently. I was time poor and never made time for self-care, self-nurturance or time outside for walks.I have learned so much from Energy for Life. 

My greatest success has been my reduced experience of overwhelm and understanding how beneficial the kundalini yoga, breath-work and kriyas are for handling stress. I am taking more time for self care, even if only in baby steps and it’s made all the difference.
